Buyer on ebay wants a refund?

If you fight it,ebay will side with the buyer,which isn't fair.Have them send the item back with a conformation number.When you receive it issue a refund for the sells cost NOT shipping.Alot of people like to take advantage of new sellers.If they open a case and win they can end up getting their money back and keep the instrument.
