My Car wont start. HELP! replaced a few things, Can't find out whats wrong.?

could be a simple fuse. could be the ignition switch, could be something came loose on the neutral safety switch (you mentioned you changed that, but you could have bought a faulty switch). could also be something came loose down at the starter. Only real way to figure out is to gram a volt/ohm meter, or twelve volt test light, and check all the way down the line. Check the battery, check for power in and out of the ignition switch. Check for power in and out of the safety switch. Check the starter relay. And check for power in and out of the starter/solenoid.
