What is the best way to clean rings?

I have these rings I always wear, now they may be real silver, on account of the fact that when I drop them they make a ding sound, also thy haven't turned my fingers green yet. So, yea what's the best way to keep them clean and shiny? (They do have some dirt in them as well.)
