How to remove a very small dent?

I got a door ding the other day, and I was wondering if I could fix it myself. It's pretty small, only about 1/4" long. I was wondering if I could do something with hot glue and a toothpick to try to pull it out a little. I know people have tried the hot/cold shock treatment, but I don't think this will work on this type of dent (it's more of a crease). I've also seen those pop a dent kits, but I think the dent is smaller than the smallest base in the kit. Any suggestions? Otherwise I'll probably just leave it.
