Was i wrong in saying this?

ok so i have this group of friends that i hang out with alot. when we get together we have alot of fun and such. one of our favorite things to do is ding dong ditch. we are all 18 and heading off to college in a few months. i went ding dong ditching with them twice and it was sorta fun, really scary because we got caught and i got injured (i was running away from a house and fell really badly) after that i stopped doing it because i thought it was immature and it wasnt as fun as i thought it would be. well they keep ding dong ditching this specific person. they have done every night for a week. this person is getting pissed. so i called one of the guys in our group, thinking that he didnt go ding dong ditching this last week because him and i think alike...i basically said that what they are doing is immature and they need to stop. well he got mad and he said well i went with them...we are hanging out today and im nervous because i dont want them to be mad at me.
