Commercial for Chrysler 300?

Whos this big mo fo i keep seeing in the commercial, looks like a football player or someting. He is black, his neck looks as big as his head. Im not big on sports but he is chrismatic and im wondering who he is. I love the tune they play in the background for this... ding ding DING
