An instrumental song that starts with a "tick tock" noise then has bell sounds through out the song?

This song has no words. It starts and ends with a ticking clock sort of sound and eventually turns into a really pretty melody with bells and other various "dinging noises". My dance teacher plays it all the time and it's driving me crazy that I don't know the name
