Question about my car?

So i have a 98 Dodge Neon and it didn't have engine coolant and it ran hot and stalled. Now it won't start. My uncle said it's probably either the timing belt or a warped head--both of which are expensive. On the outside it has a few dings but the biggest thing is it won't start. How much could I get if i sell it to a place that offers money for a junk car? Or should i try and sell it another way? If so where and how much should I ask?
