Which car should I pick?

I Totaled my 2003 Buick LeSabre on graduation day so now I need to replace it. I'm now stuck between two cars for my decision. A 2003 Nissan Altima that only has cloth seats one powered seat, steering wheel controls for the radio, window tint (A must in AZ), but has scratches and a small ding on the front bumper (scratches on the front and rear) and it's priced at $7999 with 113,000 miles negotiable price. Or another 2003 Buick Lesabre Limited that's the same color as my old with XM radio installed from a bigger dealership, but it doesn't have the rims I liked on mine or the heads up display mine had, other than those, it's loaded with all the goodies I loved but no tint. Mileage 98,348 priced $6993 non-negotiable but pristine condition. Keep in mind that for both I have to pay 9.3% AZ sales tax plus a $300 dollar Documentation fee. I wouldn't mind having to finance either vehicle.
