What time does the Los Angeles Times newspaper hit their stands?

I've been trying and trying to get a Sunday newspaper but no matter what time I go, there are none. I live about 20 minutes from Los Angeles. And there are no "Extreme Couponers" around here that I know of, who would steal all the newspapers. My stores today have had 2 Thursday editions, and 3 Saturday editions, collectively, in their newspaper stands. And most of them had no newspapers whatsoever. So I was just wondering when the newspapers get there.
