How much trouble can these guys get into?

it's summer, people get bored. and there are 3 guys who i know and they're in my grade. anyway, they all hang together and at about 9:30-10 pm, they ding dong ditch people. they have done it to almost all the block. it's very annoying! and if that isn't enough, there is a construction site behind my friend's house. and we were walking by and saw them opening and closing the door to a porter potty. and we saw them throw things into it and hit the sides of it and then run away. i guess they set off fireworks or some sort of explosive in it. and a couple of weeks ago, there was: an empty vodka bottle and tons of empty bottles of glue (like rubber cement, that kind of glue) in plastic bags. i'm not a stalker, but i want to be a police officer so i'm really interested in this kind of stuff :) btw, we're all 13
