Does this qualify as harassment?

Okay so we were walking back from a friends and he was being stupid and he ding dong ditched my neighbors house. We saw our friends car there so we figured it would be fun since he would come out and just screw around or whatever. Anyway the dad came out and he grabbed us and threatened to throw us down a storm drain while tearing and ripping off one of our shirts. Then he opened the storm drain gate and asked if we would like to spend a night down there. He then let us go and we were freaked out seeing as how it was all our friends fault, he grabbed us, he threatened us, and all of this after I never stepped foot on his property. Anyway, should i tell my parents about this. I feel like i was taken advantage of and mistreated without being given a chance to explain myself.
