Auto repair question?

Sounds like its either got a bad door switch or defective BCM. Best suggestion is to take it to a dealer. They'll have the most up-to-date diagnostic equipment to figure it out correctly the first time. And if it is the BCM, you'll have to have it programmed and the dealer is the ONLY one that can flash a BCM with the correct program from Mopar.
