99 Jeep Grand Cherokee - Airbag Help!!?

Please, for the love of God, help me! My Jeep GC Airbag light will not stfu! It's driving me insane, literally *Dinging* every 10-20 seconds. I'm at the point where I'm just gonna start ripping fuses out until this **** goes away! I've read everywhere that it's a clockspring issue or an airbag module issue by the parking brake. Everyone says that that is not the case because as soon as they get it repaired the stupid **** starts dinging again, I don't have a lot of $ right now so dealer repair isn't an option, I just need a simple fix to the most annoying damn problem on earth!
